For the third year running UNISON activists will be involved in organising the ANTI RACISM WORLD CUP in Belfast's DONEGAL CELTIC FOOTBALL CLUB. We encourage all of our members to get along and show support for the team travelling from all over the world and enjoy the fun, education, sport and multiculturalism on display. the events takes place from Friday 31st July - Sunday 2nd August.

The Anti-Racism World Cup is a show case of solidarity between people of all nations. For the third year in a row, Ireland and West Belfast will be celebrating human solidarity with like minded people from around the world The Anti-Racism World Cup will again be hosted by a community which has a long history of highlighting and combating domestic and international injustice.

Is sárthaispeántas ar dhlúthpháirtíocht idir daoine ó gach náisiún é An Corn Domhanda Frith-Chiníoch. Don tríú bliain as a chéile, beidh Éire agus Iarthar Bhéal Feirste ag ceiliúradh dlúthpháirtíochta daonna le daoine ar chomhintinn ó fud fad an domhain. Beidh An Corn Domhanda Frith-Chiníoch á óstáil arís ag pobal a bhfuil stair fhada acu ag tabhairt chun suntais agus ag tabhairt dúshlán don éagóir intíre agus idirnáisiúnta.

2009 will see the return of teams from Germany, Italy, England, Ireland, Kurdistan, Palestine, Catalunya, The Basque Country, Portugal and the Congo. We invite all comrades and friends to participate in the event and to show support for the various social and political movements in attendance. New teams are always welcome especially those teams representing their communities resident in Ireland or abroad, and particularly those involved in the fight against racism, fascism and imperialism.
