• Understanding the potential of organising

 

• How to work with members to tackle issues in the workplace

 

• Understanding the role of  the ‘organising’ rep

 

• Developing the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out the role of an organising rep

 

• Help to build confidence in carrying out the role
