- Check that there hasn't been a notofication about this issue already. You may have been emailed about it, or there may be a news item or update on the site.
- Look on the Community and Voluntary support FAQ's to see if there is any guidance about the issue.
- If no information is available, make notes on the problem and if possible take any screenshots that illustrate it.
