What to do if you think a technical problem has occurred:

  1. Check that there hasn't been a notofication about this issue already. You may have been emailed about it, or there may be a news item or update on the site.
  2. Look on the Community and Voluntary support FAQ's to see if there is any guidance about the issue.
  3. If no information is available, make notes on the problem and if possible take any screenshots that illustrate it.
  4. Email the virtual branch coordinator with the problem as you see it. unisoncv@googlemail.com
